Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Free on all orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹100 shipping charge — no surprises at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location in India. You'll get a tracking link once it ships.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes — we ship pan-India.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through a secure checkout. All orders are prepaid — we don't offer Cash on Delivery.

Is checkout secure?

Absolutely. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Products

Are the figures exactly as shown?

Yes. We inspect and photograph our stock, and every piece is quality-checked before dispatch. Sizes and materials are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

How should I care for my figure?

Keep PVC figures out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and dust gently with a soft dry cloth. That's it — they're built to last on your shelf.

Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We pack carefully, but if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us quickly and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
