We sell collectible figures, showpieces and related merchandise. We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of some items. Product images are for representation.

## 3. Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

## 4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. All orders are **prepaid** — we accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through a secure checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

## 5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled and fully refunded. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
