Where we ship

We currently ship within India only.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
• Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹100 shipping charge.

Charges are shown clearly at checkout — no hidden fees.

Processing & delivery time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During sale periods or peak season, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Courier partners

Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners via Shiprocket. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery issues

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store.bakacartel@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 77368 03403. For any damage claim, a continuous unboxing video is required — please see our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
