## Where we ship
We currently ship **within India only.**

## Shipping charges
- **Free shipping** on all orders of **₹999 and above.**
- Orders **below ₹999** have a **flat ₹100** shipping charge.

Charges are shown clearly at checkout — no hidden fees.

## Processing & delivery time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within **1–2 business days.**
- Delivery typically takes **3–7 business days** after dispatch, depending on your location in India.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During sale periods or peak season, dispatch may take slightly longer.

## Courier partners
Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners via **Shiprocket.** Once your order ships, you'll receive a **tracking link** so you can follow it to your door.

## Delivery issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at **store.bakacartel@gmail.com** or WhatsApp **+91 77368 03403**. For any damage claim, a continuous unboxing video is required — please see our Refund & Return Policy.

## Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
